About this role
What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Key Responsibilities Program Administration & Escalations: Serve as the primary contact for resolving escalated employee inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, EAP, COBRA, 401(k), life/disability, and leaves of absence (LOA). HRIS & Vendor Operations: Partner with HRIS, IT, Payroll, and third-party vendors to maintain system integrations, troubleshoot data feeds, and ensure data integrity. Open Enrollment & Onboarding: Support the annual Open Enrollment lifecycle—including system UAT testing, employee sessions, and enrollment processing. Present benefits overviews during New Hire Orientation.…
