What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Develop a high performing, energetic and passionate team to ensure growth and success. Attract, lead, and manage a team of 70+ recruitment team members to ensure retention, development, and growth of talented people. Stakeholder management at all levels of the organization to support the hiring goals of each business unit. Collaborate cross-functionally with each HR function to drive team business results, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Technology teams. Define, manage and deliver against annual Talent Acquisition Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Leverage data to identify insights and trends to inform the Talent Acquisition team delivery, strategy and direction.…
