What Success Looks Like (Objectives): The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at EchoStar serves as a vital operational partner for the Talent Acquisition team, primarily focused on Early Career and Veteran talent. We are designing and launching an enterprise-wide Early Career Talent Strategy to encompass a broader scope of academic institutions and diverse engagement models. This position is key to optimizing Early Career Talent Acquisition operations, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the early career hiring lifecycle as well as veteran sourcing.
