Role Description We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Agile Master to join the Digital Sales Hub (DSH) in Barcelona. You will serve as Agile Master for the Engineering Tools teams and act as an Agile Coach for hub‑wide improvements across several departments (Analytics, Online Business Concepts and Marketing). Additionally, a part of this role is enablement: you will design and deliver training for Product Owners and Scrum Masters (train‑the‑trainer), grow facilitation skills across the hub, and build a sustainable community of practice.
