Overview This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of our New York office. This position is responsible for the strategic and ongoing improvement of the Bank's business plans. Conducts analysis, evaluates current practices, and offers guidance to business units to maximize results. Provides recommendations regarding best practices and methodologies. Collaborates with consulting team members and other staff to bolster efficiencies. Identifies process weaknesses and develops solutions to address them, assisting management in implementing large-scale strategic initiatives that generate business growth.
