About this role
Overview This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of the office located at 100 East Tryon Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603. This position supervises the resolution of problem retail, mortgage, and business loans for the Credit Resolution function of the Bank. Responsible for a team of associates who mitigate Bank losses through the collection, negotiation, and repayment of loans or other related functions. Reviews functional processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Facilitates daily workflow and ensures timely completion of work. Provides assistance on complex inquiries, and coordinates training and ongoing development of the team.…
