Overview This is remote role and could be hired in NC, AZ, TX, GA, FL, or SC. The SBA Loan Support Specialist supports SBA loan servicing operations through the processing, maintenance, and administration of loan accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency while working with internal and external partners to resolve servicing issues and support loan lifecycle activities.
