Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist

Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in Nebraska CIT Rail, a division of First Citizens Bank since 2022, offers a full suite of railcar leasing and equipment financing solutions to shippers and carriers across North America. The team manages one of the youngest and most diversified fleets in the industry while leveraging deep experience to help customers succeed. This person in this role is the primary relationship manager for existing Rail customer base within the territory to originate incremental rail operating leasing volume, maximize revenue on the renewal of existing leases, and liaison with Rail Customer Service, Mechanical, and Financial Operations groups on all customer needs.
