Supervisor of Area Retail Support

Overview This position supervises a large team of float sales and service representatives, ensuring adequate staffing coverage within an assigned area. Responsible for hiring and on-boarding float associates. Manages float associate performance through coaching and direct supervision. Provides guidance on branch and teller operations, and directs risk mitigation efforts. Serves as an escalation point for area administrative staff who handle personnel functions, and acts as a resource or back-up operations manager as needed to resolve issues.
