About this role
Program Engineer Manages each assigned program with Gestamp Business Unit from award to one year after start of production. Function as the Champion of each program and be the primary contact person for the customer, engineers, sister plants. Helps with the delivery of each program, on budget, on time, and meets or exceeds customer quality expectations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Directs the program team to meet all objectives from award to successful launch. Delivers each program at the quoted engineering change level, both prototype and production, on budget, on time, at quoted rates, and meet or exceed customer quality expectations. Directs the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) effort in accordance with AIAG published requirements.…
