About the position The Plant Controller is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial information to support business decisions and drive operational performance at Kongsberg Automotive’s Suffield, CT, and Grand River, OH facilities. This position oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The Plant Controller partners closely with plant management and cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Human Resources, to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve profitability, and ensure effective financial management across both sites.
