A/P Accounting Analyst

Requisition Summary Responsible for systems related support of the Accounts Payable department. Requires mainframe system experience, including query writing. Responsibilities include Electronic Funds Transfers, IDAAs, Electronic Data Interfaces, system queries, postings and month end close responsibilities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Perform monthly reconciliations for high and medium risk accounts including but not limited to AP Trade, Return to Vendor, and Material in Transit. Prepare month end journal entries and resolve issues related to Inter-Division transactions Manage check deposits for USA and Canada, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
