About this role
Mission This position serves as a key liaison between Japanese motorcycle manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and global teams overseas. The role is responsible for leading new business acquisition activities, driving mass-production development projects, and managing engineering changes after launch within the two-wheeler business. The successful candidate will be expected to understand both customer requirements and the company's products and technologies, while supporting a broad range of product lifecycle activities. These include technical specification alignment, design reviews, customer testing support, and technical responses to quality-related issues.
