OVS – Operations Supervisor (3rd Shift) PAY GRADE: Salary REPORTS TO: OVS Operations Value Stream Manager SHIFT: 11pm – 7am (Flex hours per business needs) JOB SCOPE: The Operations Supervisor oversees all aspects of day-to-day production, manufacturing, and distribution of personnel activities, leads team meetings, and facilitates continuous improvements in the process with emphasis on quality and reduction of cost and waste. Responsible for ensuring the production of a quality product and meeting production/customer specifications while achieving plant productivity objectives.
