Location: 5 days in NY office (Chelsea) Job Type: Full-Time Department: People Reports to: Vice President, Talent Management Salary: $110,000-$140,000 DOE plus excellent benefits package Role Description The HR Operations Manager will own and scale the systems, processes, programs, and data infrastructure that power our People function. You will lead and partner on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and systems that support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting to offboarding. This is a highly hands-on role for an HR Operations leader who is equally comfortable running payroll, managing benefits, implementing HR technology, auditing complex data, and turning workforce data into actionable business insights.…
