Your core mission is to bring state-of-the-art expertise in AI, particularly in Large Language Model (LLM) training methodologies and the management of vast data annotation pools. You will act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team to structure the project and ensure its alignment with industry standards. What does this mean on a daily basis? AI Vision and Strategy: Define the technical vision for creating a specialized pool of profiles ("Data Annotators") intended to train AI models in highly specific domains (e.g., Finance, Astrophysics, Coding, legal, etc.).
