Requirements Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain the project master programme (baseline schedule) using Primavera P6. · Monitor progress against the baseline and produce periodic schedule updates, identifying critical path variances and float erosion. · Prepare and issue earned value analysis (EVM), and forecasts for senior management and the client.…
