About this role

你需要做的是： 1. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求 2. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案 3. 审核保用零件请领单，提供保用零件 5. 审核维修工作单，确认三包费用，并协助财务进行三包费用结算 4. 及时处理投诉，根据需要，组织协调公司的内部资源给与支持 5. 收集并整理外部质量信息,反馈给公司内部相关部门 6. 跟踪并推动外部质量问题改善并反馈给相关客户 7. 售后退返件的定期处理和跟进 8. 定期回顾并更新售后三包零件安全库存 9. 参与新产品项目，跟踪新产品在客户端的使用状况并反馈给相关部门 10.收费维修机报价/订单处理，并协助财务进行费用结算 11.参与客户回访并跟进改善措施的制定和关闭 12.寻找改善机会，参与或主导改善项目 13.上级主管交办的事宜我们期望的是： 1.1-3年以上空调或电气行业售后服务经验 2.本科及以上学历 3.熟练使用OFFICE软件；能够使用英语进行商务沟通，能够与海外客户、区域团队及全球职能部门沟通合作；
