About this role
主要职责： 1. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求 2. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案 3. 月度预测数据的收集/分析/分享 4. 非标产品及新产品报价 5. 订单接收、评审、发放、跟踪处理 6. 发货信息传递，出口发运单据准备及货运过程的跟进 7. 产品交货周期咨询处理及定期更新 8. 配合财务进行月度结算和付款工作 9. 反馈异常订单的货期，协调货期的改善。 10.做好与各相关部门的沟通工作。 11.提高接待客户和外部人员的专业技能； 12.寻找改善机会，参与或主导改善项目 13.完成上级临时分配的任务。 任职条件： 1. 3年以上计划工作经验 2. 大专及以上学历 3. 熟悉ERP系统，具有良好的统筹、计划能力 4. 良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力 5. 良好的英文阅读能力和学习能力 6. 良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力； 7. 较高的客户服务意识；良好的处理问题能力和应变技巧 8. 具备基本的国内、国际贸易业务基础知识和产品运输及保险知识
