Business analytics, Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packs (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow where applicable), including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast and prior year. Support finance controllers the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies Work closely with Business and Operations teams to understand performance drivers (volume, price, mix, yield, scrap, labor and overhead absorption) and provide actionable insights across all regions and segments Support SG&A, CAPEX and sales reporting, including tracking, analysis, and follow-up on key initiatives.…
