Quality Engineer. (Springfield, TN). Ensure quality problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner without reoccurrence, Expert level in problem solving techniques (Customer / Internal Issues and Internal PPM) Ensure quality issues are resolved promptly and effectively to prevent recurrence, applying expert-level problem-solving techniques like 8D, PDCA, FTA, Ishikawa for customer and internal concerns; Monitor and manage quality performance for major customer-critical modules, including GM, Mercedes, Ford, and Stellentis (FCA), addressing field issues, scorecards, and chargebacks in compliance with customer timelines. Work with management to establish performance expectations for all our manufacturing processes and monitor those expectations for improvement.…
