About this role

Overview Atlassian is seeking a visionary and influential Field Chief Technology Officer (fCTO) to serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Field CTO helps executives navigate technology, organizational, and business transformation—ensuring that Atlassian’s cloud platform delivers measurable, enterprise-grade impact at scale. This is not a traditional CTO role. As a Field CTO , you will represent Atlassian externally with CxOs and industry leaders while shaping Atlassian internally through roadmap influence, product feedback, and thought leadership.
