About this role

Affect is seeking an empathic Peer Support Specialist, or Peer Wellness Specialist, and Case Manager certified in Oregon , to join the team and provide both peer support services for substance use disorders and case management for all members. As a Peer Support Specialist, or Peer Wellness Specialist, and Case Manager, you will work closely with our clinical team to deliver non-clinical support, providing individualized guidance, mentoring, and resources to members.
