SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up on maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality. Job Description Plan and perform maintenance activities for various facility systems (fire protection, heating, cooling, etc.), Support emergency maintenance activities and personally intervene when necessary, Prepare and maintain reports of completed maintenance activities in the system, Contribute to root cause analysis of recurring or critical failures, Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance activities, Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance processes, Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair activities.…
