SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As a Multicolor Engineer – Decorative Paints, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and installation of Multicolor tinting machines at dealer shops and warehouses. You will play a key role in delivering reliable technical support and excellent customer experience. This position reports to Multicolor Team Lead and is based in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of Multicolor tinting machines and mixers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Install Multicolor systems and support new dealer shop setups in collaboration with the sales team. Maintain service records, installation details, and spare parts inventory for effective maintenance planning.…
