About this role
Transactional Associate Counsel in the Legal Shared Services Team, supporting specific Practice Groups and/or region by negotiating core corporate agreements, delivering legal research and regulatory analysis, and executing special projects from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of corporate documents with clients, including non-disclosure agreements and non-reliance letters. Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations and developments and communicate to senior leaders. Engage in other special projects, as needed.
