Markets Legal Counsel - RSP (EMEA) The Structured Investments Distributor Marketing (SIDM) and Equity Derivatives lines of businesses covers the sale of structured products through distribution channels to retail and high-net worth investors. The products span across a full spectrum of asset classes including equity, credit, FX, commodity, rates, inflation, exotics & hybrids and funds. The business also has a Shariah-compliant structured products programme. The Equity Derivatives business, among other things, runs a successful German exchange traded warrants (ETP) platform.
