Business Representative Compliance Advisor

The BRC Advisor (502) is a front-line role responsible for executing the BRC strategy through end-to-end management of client (merchant) outreach and KYC renewal activities. The BRC Advisor owns the client interaction from initial outreach through completion, including conducting client interviews/calls to obtain required information, documenting outcomes, and ensuring accurate, timely updates to KYC records and case notes in accordance with BRC standards. The role is measured through quantitative and qualitative scorecard outcomes aligned to broader team objectives.
