About this role
Global Conflicts is responsible for identifying and managing potential conflicts of interests related to JPMorgan's business activities. The team reviews transactions originating predominantly from Global Banking but also across the firm's LOBs, covering Corporate Finance and M&A advisory assignments, Capital Markets transactions, and Bank financings, all in order to avoid or manage any actual or perceived conflicts of interests and/or related reputation risks. Our office serves as a clearinghouse for these transactions and in part, client relationships. We coordinate with Business, Legal and Control partners throughout our assessment process.
