TASKS:
- Du führst unsere Neukund*innen durch ein erstklassiges Onboarding – von der Einrichtung bis zur optimalen Nutzung.
- Du stellst sicher, dass sie den maximalen Nutzen aus JUPUS ziehen – mit individuellen Schulungen, Check-Ins und persönlicher Betreuung.
- Du unterstützt Kunden dabei, unsere Plattform mit ihrer bestehenden Kanzleisoftware zu verbinden. Wenn eine Verbindung fehlschlägt, prüfst du die grundlegenden Einstellungen (z.B. API-Keys, Zugriffsrechte) und fungierst als technischer Filter.…
