About this role
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who combines strong visual craft and product thinking to design high-converting web experiences that drive measurable acquisition results. You will join our cross-functional acquisition team alongside product managers, product analysts, and developers, where modern web design directly shapes how potential users discover our product and convert into registered users. You will also collaborate closely with marketing designers to integrate brand illustrations, photography, and visual assets across web surfaces. In this role, you will design and optimize our key acquisition surfaces (websites, landing pages, and registration flows), conduct qualitative research to understand visitor behavior, and translate insights into design improvements.…
