About this role
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who combines strong visual craft and product thinking to design high-converting web experiences that drive measurable acquisition results. You will join our Brand Design team, working side by side with graphic, motion and 3d designers to shape how our brand lives on the web, and collaborate closely with product/marketing managers, analysts, and developers, where modern web design directly shapes how potential users discover our product and decide to sign up. In this role, you will design and optimize our key acquisition surfaces (websites and landing pages), conduct qualitative research to understand visitor behavior, and translate insights into design improvements.…
