Project Management Supervisor

For a leading Greek pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners) to support successful project execution. Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and development trackers, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when needed. Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of the R&D budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets and development priorities.
