About this role

Job Description Fabletics is looking for a B2B Systems & Operations Sr Manager. How do you fit in? This role owns how our B2B business actually works—connecting systems, processes, and teams to enable scalable growth across wholesale, partnerships, and emerging channels. You will define and operationalize the B2B operating model, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities across ERP, OMS, WMS, and product data platforms. You are not building systems—you are making them work for the business. This role requires a highly cross-functional operator who can translate complexity into structure, drive execution across teams, and create scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.
