About this role

We are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop a comprehensive loyalty and retention ecosystem that maximizes trader Lifetime Value (LTV), reduces churn, and turns active users into brand advocates. Responsibilities Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain Design the logic for bonuses, rebate systems (spread/commission cashback), and VIP programs Manage the product backlog, write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), set tasks for the development team, and oversee execution Conduct regular CustDev interviews with traders to uncover their true motivators and barriers Collaborate with the Data Science team to build churn prediction models and personalize promotional offers…
