About this role

Kaizen is looking for an experienced Director of Secondary Market & Unit Management to lead our secondary market strategy, drive property transaction volume, optimize unit portfolio performance, and deliver sustainable revenue and asset value growth. This role goes beyond traditional sales management the Director will shape and execute the secondary market commercial strategy, end-to-end unit lifecycle management, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and align operations with Kaizen’s long-term business objectives.
