About this role

Our Client is a small, profitable and rapidly expanding Design and Manufacturer of Specialist Engineered Systems for the global automotive aftermarket. They have an enviable reputation for Product design and quality and currently have a dealer network across the UK and the rest of Continental Europe. A new product has recently been launched and the order book is currently full. The next challenge for the business is to completely review current operations with a view to creating an agile organisation that can deliver 2-3 times the current maximum output, efficiently and cost effectively. This expansion needs to be carefully managed, and the Managing Director is currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager to help initiate and implement these developments.…
