Job Description: AI initiatives and innovation Research and trial AI tools for IT operations (AIOps), such as log analysis, anomaly detection, alert triage and root-cause support. Build prototypes that use LLMs to generate runbooks, health-check reports and troubleshooting guides. Help create AI assistants that search internal documentation and past incidents. Write reusable prompts, templates and how-to guides, and run short demos to help colleagues adopt AI. Track and report the time saved and quality gained from using AI on real work. Infrastructure and cloud Support the build, configuration and maintenance of Linux and Windows servers, databases, and virtual or cloud environments (Azure, AWS).…
