Position Title Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - Internal Medicine Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients. This consists of ensuring drug therapy that results in safe, effective, and cost conscious use of pharmaceuticals. Must demonstrate excellent interdisciplinary communication and exhibit strong educational and precepting abilities. Ideal candidates have PGY1 residency training or PGY2 residency training in a specialty area. This clinical pharmacist position would work 8 hour shifts. All inpatient clinical pharmacist positions work an average of 3 evenings per month (start time between 1400-1500) and rotate approximately every 4th weekend.…
