About this role

KPM is looking for a reliable and skilled Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our multifamily residential properties. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations.
