Infantry Subject Matter Expert (IIT) & Scenario Designer - NC

SUMMARY Conduct pre-event planning and provide specific Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) related to small unit leadership training, and input into scenario designs to ensure key training and readiness events are included to train requirements decision making skills improving individual actions in combat simulated situations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide supervision and support during the conduct of Infantry Immersion Training, assist unit assigned observer/controllers, input for after actions reviews and identify critical areas for remediation. Recommend immediate corrective actions during rehearsals.
