Key expectations of this role are: • Building a nurturing relationship with our guests, partners, and colleagues to being able to create lasting memories for our guests. • Efficiently running the concierge desk to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service. • Providing our guests with in depth knowledge about the property and London. • Intuitively creating complex itineraries to meet and exceed guest expectations. • Supervising the team of Luggage Porters and Door Persons.
