About this role

Title: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Overview The operations Coordinator (OC) plays a pivotal part in promoting operational Excellence, coaching and mentoring field personnel on approved ROO procedures aligned with best practices within the operations excellence. Although the OC does not have direct or indirect reports, the role is highly influential and relies on strong collaborative relationships with the OA, CoW Team Lead, and national staff across field locations. The OC supports the OA and Operations Team Leads (OTLs) in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment. This position is instrumental in driving continuous improvement and reinforcing operating Excellence within shift teams, contributing to a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.…
