About this role
Job Purpose: To take end-to-end responsibility for the development and management of the company’s agricultural land parcel, including required approvals/conversion, warehouse construction, leasing and ongoing property management. Key Responsibilities Lead the process of land-use conversion, statutory approvals, NOCs and other permissions required for development of the property. Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal advisors, contractors and government authorities throughout the project. Oversee warehouse planning, construction and project execution, ensuring timelines, quality and budgets are maintained.
