Job Summary KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist (US) to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a task-oriented mindset. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a collaborative attitude to ensure seamless bookkeeping and payroll processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. Use Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization) to analyze financial data and generate reports. Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries. Process, finalize, and manage payroll data entry in ADP or Paycor. Reconcile and remit workers’ compensation premium payments on a monthly basis.…
