Job Description The SENCo and SEN Centre Lead at Tenby International School Setia EcoHill is responsible for the strategic leadership, day-to-day operation, quality assurance, and continued development of the School’s specialist SEN Centre. The post-holder will lead the vision, mission, systems and culture of the Centre, ensuring that students aged 4– 16 with Special Educational Needs receive high quality, evidence-informed and childcentred support across both Primary and Secondary. As a member of the School Senior Leadership Team, the SENCo and SEN Centre Lead will contribute to whole-school strategy, safeguarding, learning improvement, parent engagement, staff development, and inclusive practice.…
