Job Description Purpose of Role The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of ISP's outsourcing programme and the creation of a multi-site global shared service centre operation with the main hub located in India. Reporting to Group Head of Transformation, Change and Onboarding the role will oversee the end-to-end transition of services from existing operating models to our selected outsourcing partner, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.…
