Concrete Superintendent

Summary Superintendents are responsible for managing & overseeing the construction job site from day 1 of mobilization until our project scope is completed. Duties and Responsibilities Safety - As the job site leader, the Superintendent is responsible for identifying unsafe working environments, working proactively to correct those conditions, and acting as the Safety Coach for the Team. Daily reporting, JHAs, and toolbox talks are non-negotiable. Initial Planning – Study construction drawings before the start date, all updates as the work progresses, and alert Project Management to errors before they become a problem.
