You Have:
• Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders
• Experience in providing problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders
• 4+ years of experience in providing problem definition and solving quantitative problems using operations research techniques
• 4+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems
• 4+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives…
