JOB DESCRIPTION • Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works • Implement and monitor service and maintenance programme • Support analysis and optimization of plant maintenance • Supervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractors • Support maintenance contract management • Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems • Assist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required • Assign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractors • Close work orders / service requests after completion of work • Ensure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and procedures •…
