JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose This is a key role within Keppel DC REIT’s Portfolio Management Department, which focuses on monitoring, analysing, forecasting and optimising asset/portfolio performance to drive long-term performance and resilience of the portfolio. The key objectives of this role will be to support and contribute to the successful delivery of consistent performance and distribution to Keppel DC REIT’s Unitholders, maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns. The role provides opportunities for driven individuals to be exposed to and collaborate with cross-functional teams including colleagues from the asset management, investor relations and sustainability, investments and finance departments, to develop cross-functional skill sets.…
